Fort Ebye in our new 5th wheel!

So we did it and puled the trigger on a 2018 Grand Design Reflection 29RS! We spent the first night in the parking lot at RV Country Mt. Vernon Wa!

Where we bought the camper. There were a few issues that we needed to tend to before we went camping. Nothing major and Matt are sales man was awesome. The night in the RV Parking lot was good, so the next day we had a ton of questions for service and sales.

We canceled the reservations we had for Deception Pass State Park Wa. and went to Fort Ebey because we knew we could get into the camping spots there. The overall length is 30’11” and I was concerned about the only camp spot we could reserve in Deception pass, considering it was my first time pulling that kind of massive stuff behind my truck! Fort Ebey ins now it first come first serve and there where a lot of available spots in the middle of the week. We stayed 5 days!

I won’t get into the RV to much right now. maybe latter. As far as camping goes it was another fun time at Fort Ebey State park. We had a owl swoop down and attack our designated camp ground squirrel! He was very upset and squealed for about a hour after the owl left. Here is a picture of the owl hanging out in the tree behind me. The owl made one more attempt on the poor little squirrel before he finally left the campground.

Sorry this is just a quick update I have more videos of the trip and the 5th Wheel I’ll try to get some up in the next few weeks. I have been so overwhelmed with everything going on the last month, the wedding then buying the 5th wheel etc.. Etc..
